& Massage Sessions

As therapists who have 20 + years experience in the field, we have accumulated countless skills and techniques to draw from (and may combine any of these tools during your session). including but not limited to:


Neuromuscular, Swedish, lomilomi Hawaiian massage, Thai massage, hot stones, trauma informed, prenatal, myofascial, reiki, aromatherapy, CBD  and cupping.


We also provide lymphatic drainage massage and work with clients post surgery.


Neuromuscular therapy, which involves working specifically to improve postural issues, release holding patterns, address trigger points, soothe knots and relieve pain, is a type of muscular therapy that can be done while the client is fully clothed.

Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga sessions can consist of gentle beginner, restorative, chair yoga, prenatal, yin, breathwork, guided meditation, and/or intermediate flow practice on a mat. Modifications are always made based on individual needs and abilities.


Private sessions may also teach  BE SERENE Tools for Stress & Relaxation created and developed by owner, Jen Principato. These sessions involve education and practice of specific tools intended for reducing nervous system dysregulation (triggers) and other symptoms associated with stress, trauma and addiction (such as pain, intrusive thoughts, insomnia, depression, panic, anxiety, etc.). While traditional yoga postures can be utilized, form is not the focus of these sessions, and as such, may be done from a chair or whatever feels comfortable for the individual or small group.


*Small groups of up to 4-6 people may schedule a private yoga or BE SERENE session together for the cost of one.

Drawing from a background in yoga, our practitioner combines the use of guided imagery, breathwork, and meditation into her hypnotherapy sessions.

Hypnotherapy can assist individuals in creating new neuronal pathways by inspiring the imagination and changing internal representations (reframing thoughts & visualization) in order to produce new external results. Hypnosis can help with issues such as smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, and overall motivation for change.

In office and online sessions available.


First time appointments should be 60 minutes.

BE SERENE Private Sessions


BE SERENE is an acronym that stands for the topics and techniques covered in each session. The acronym is memorized for easier recall of coping techniques during daily life for help with stress tolerance and reduction of anxiety, depression, triggers, uncomfortable physical and emotional sensations, and sleep. Polyvagal toning, breathwork, movement, meditation, sound, and more. Vibroacoustic & biofeedback may be utilized during sessions. A minimum of eight 90 minute sessions is suggested.
