Meet our Helping & Healing Community

Jen Principato, Owner

Massage & Neuromuscular Therapist

Yoga Teacher (ERYT200)

Trauma & Addiction Recovery Yoga

Hypnotherapist

Whether you are seeking relief from chronic physical pain such as head aches or low back pain, or you are struggling with emotional pain like depression, anxiety or the uncomfortable body sensations that arise from being triggered, I can help.

I am a licensed massage and neuromuscular therapist, trauma recovery yoga instructor, and hypnotherapist, with an education in social and behavioral sciences. I have been in practice for over 20 years and have had the honor of assisting a wide range of individuals and their family members. Some of the highlights of my career include: helping countless military veterans and other survivors through their recovery from trauma and addiction, equipping children with Asperger's' with tools needed to lessen their anxiety, and providing hundreds of pregnant women relief from the discomforts of pregnancy, teaching them how prepare for labor, and assisting them through childbirth as a doula and midwife assistant.

When requested, I work in collaboration with mental health counselors, nutritionists, chiropractors, midwives, and other health professionals in order to create customized treatment plans geared toward each individual's personal wellness, healing and recovery goals.

So, whether you just need a little down time away from the stresses of every day life, or you struggle with symptoms that require a more specialized treatment plan, I look forward to helping you live a more peaceful and pain-free life.

And since Bobby goes with me everywhere, you will definitely get to see him whenever you book a session with me. -Jen MM43755

Hillary Cruz, Yoga Teacher (ERYT 500, YACEP), Doula,

Wellness Coach, Reiki Practitioner,

Trauma Informed

Hello! My name is Hillary and, in addition to being a yoga instructor, I am also a mother to 5 beautiful humans, a classroom teacher, Trauma Informed Outreach Certified, doula/birth-worker, Reiki specialist, life & wellness coach, and CPR/AED certified.

I am also a traveling adventurer at every given opportunity.

Since completing my own 200 hour RYTT in 2011, I have spent the past 11 years growing and being a part of the local yoga community. I began offering "pop-up" classes to the public in 2012, basically teaching from the trunk of my car and bringing yoga wherever it was needed (classrooms, rehab centers, doctor's offices, parks, music festivals, and more).

By the end of 2021, I completed my 300 hour RYTT and opened the Simply Be Wellness Team Yoga Shala & Training Center.

I now also teach a Yoga Alliance approved  200 hour yoga teacher training at Saint Lucie Massage & Yoga

My mission includes experiencing life openly and honestly, living as an example of a perfectly imperfect work in progress, leaning in and committing to my dharma, and empowering others to do the same. In my spare time you will find me in nature, most likely with my partner and our littles.

It is my honor to be of service.

In Light and Love. Namaste!

Jessica Roberts, Community Instructor

Tai Ji Quan & Yoga Teacher (YT500)

Trauma Informed

Hi I am Jessica Roberts and I have been teaching mindful movement for over 18 years. I started as a slow-flow yoga teacher and eventually started teaching mindfulness and tai chi as well. I consider these to be a meditative form of exercise, and I love that the slow movement and modifications enable anyone to learn at their own pace.

I owned a yoga studio for 4 years before moving to the treasure coast, and have focused more on teaching individual and small-group classes the last ten years.

Informed compassion and patience are guiding principles for me as a teacher. I love the vibrance and peace I feel when practicing tai chi and I look forward to sharing the practice with you!

I am owner of Skyline Tribe Yoga & Tai Chi  and I also

now offer group classes in a Tai Chi-Qi Gong blend for movement and better balance, as well as a blended restorative yoga, movement, and guided relaxation (nidra) workshops at Saint Lucie Massage & Yoga.

Tonya Brown, LMT & Reiki Master

I have been providing massage and healing services for many years. I am a reiki master, I specialize in sciatic pain relief, and I'm really great with neck-work as well as deep tissue. After so many years in the field and tons of continuing education, I do pretty much all of the common modalities including hot stones, and cupping.

In addition to being a body worker, I am also a doula and I offer prenatal services including prenatal massage. I love holding space for women and lifting them up within our community.

More about me...I have two step boys, one is in the Navy one is at UCF.

I love camping and hiking and traveling more than anything.

Pastor Bill Harris

Spiritual Wellness & Bible Study

Pastor Bill came out of retirement to serve at New Beginnings Community Church in Palm City, FL as the Chrome Crosses Biker Ministry Pastor. Aside from pastoral care, preaching, and teaching bible studies, Pastor Bill has often served in leadership musically, singing and playing the guitar just as he does now at NBCC. A gifted musician and teacher, Pastor Bill has been blessed with both the ability to lead others in music worship and in teaching Bible studies. While he loves doing both he says that teaching is his passion.

Some of his other passions and hobbies include reading, listening to music, bird watching and sharing the gospel (which he declares is not a hobby but a calling). However, those who know him closely say the things that make Pastor Bill him are the way he loves making people laugh, and his comforting presence. Mere mention of Pastor Bill’s quick witted humor and his silly movie interpretations bring smiles and laughter to the faces of each of his family members upon recollection. One of these such people are his daughter Jen, owner of Saint Lucie Massage & Yoga.

But while he can be silly and lighthearted, his versatility allows him to also be present and caring with others. This is one reason why Jen invited him to work at the center offering Spiritual wellness, bible study, assistance with client care and apothecary duties.

Pastor Bill is available several days throughout the week to meet with anyone who would like to share burdens, pray, seek spiritual advice and so on. These meetings are of course confidential and complimentary. If you are interested you may talk to him while you are here, or call the center to make an appointment. You may also contact him directly at
