Jen knows how to really get into the specific muscle pains and issues and is so much more effective than other massages I have had in the past. Her voice is like an angel when she does guided meditation and breathing I go to another place with deep relaxation.

I was recently in treatment for alcohol addiction. I arrived at the

detox facility extremely apprehensive, withdrawn, and depressed. I felt defeated

and wondered if anything or anyone could help me. Gratefully I was able to

successfully complete detox and residential treatment. I attribute

that success to the wonderful team that facilitated my treatment, and the care

and compassion that they shared. I would however like to especially acknowledge

Jen Principato for the phenomenal job she does with both individual and group

therapy. Prior to meeting Jen I was never able to effectively practice meditation,

nor did I believe that I could experience such a relaxed and blissful state of

existence. I currently utilize many of the exercises and mindful meditation

techniques that I learned from Jen multiple times each day, and attribute my

ability to abstain from alcohol in part to these practices. I never thought in a

million years that these simple, yet effective self-care exercises could be so

effective! Having experienced treatment for addiction at a different facility I must

say that the center I was at this time has an advantage over their competitors by and large due to

the therapy that Jen provides. I would be remised however if I fail to mention her

side-kick Bobby, pet therapist who is an added bonus! His presence on treatment

days for me was invaluable. Detoxing from substance abuse is extremely

challenging both psychologically and physiologically. Bobby’s calm disposition

aided in enhancing a therapeutic environment and brought happiness and

peacefulness to the entire milieu. His visits were priceless during my stay! While I

hope to never need a treatment facility ever again, I feel blessed to have

encountered Jen and Bobby during such a difficult time. May they continue to

help others in their recovery.
